Daniela Goldfine

Daniela Goldfine is an Associate Professor in the Global Cultures and Languages Department and affiliated faculty in the Women's, Gender, and Sexualities Studies program at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is a member of the Board of the Latin American Jewish Studies Association (LAJSA) and a member of the Association for Jewish Studies (AJS) Film Committee. Daniela is the co-editor of several LAJS special issues, and her scholarly articles and book chapters have been published in English and Spanish in several journals and volumes. Her research focuses on issues of memory and identity in contemporary Jewish Argentine cultural production.

Alicia Partnoy

Alicia Partnoy, a survivor of Argentina’s so-called “Dirty War” (1976-1983), is an Argentine author, activist, and scholar who lives in Los Angeles, California. Her best known work is The Little School: Tales of Disappearance and Survival, which was introduced as evidence in the trials against the perpetrators in charge of the secret detention camps in her hometown and in the South of the country.
